FOR PUBS, CLUBS, RSAS AND REtirement villages

better karaoke, made easy.

Anysing Goes runs a hosted, produced karaoke night in your room, monthly, fortnightly or weekly. We bring the sound, the screens, the songs and the hosts. You get a night your members and regulars can plan around.

WHAT YOU GET

We run the whole night

Set-up, sound, song queue, hosting and pack-down, with two of us on site.

Hosts who include everyone

Encouraging on the microphone, attentive to the room, and happy to sing first if the room needs warming up.

Quality sound and two screens

One screen faces the singer and one faces the room, so nobody sings with their back to the crowd.

A regular slot

Monthly, fortnightly or weekly, on a night that suits your calendar.

Song requests by phone

Guests choose from more than 140,000 songs on Singa and queue from their seat. No crowding around a booth.

how it starts

1

first, we visit

Before any night, we come to your venue to see the space, meet you and answer your questions.

2

then, a 3-for-2 trial

Three nights for the price of two. One night only shows curiosity. Three shows whether people come back.

3

YOUR REGULAR SloT

If it works, it carries straight on as your regular slot, on a rhythm that suits your calendar.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Licensed music

Our songs come through Singa Pro's commercial service, so the karaoke tracks are licensed for public venues. The one thing your venue needs is a current OneMusic licence, which venues generally already hold.

Insured

We carry our own insurance for every night we run.

Compliant gear

Our wireless microphones run on New Zealand-legal frequencies.

venue questions

What do you need from us?

One or two standard power points near where we set up, a floor space of about three metres by two, and Wi-Fi if you have it. We bring everything else, including the screens, our own tested power leads and a backup internet connection.

Do we need a music licence?

Yes. Any venue hosting karaoke needs a current OneMusic licence, which covers public performance of music. If you already have one, karaoke is usually just a small per-night addition. If you don’t, it’s quick to set up, and we’re happy to help you check what you need. Find out more at OneMusic NZ.

How do we know it will work for our venue?

That’s what the 3-for-2 trial is for: three nights for the price of two. One night only shows curiosity. Three shows whether people come back. If it’s not working for you after that, there’s no further commitment.

Can we use our own screens or projector?

Yes, and we’d love to if it makes the night better. If you have a big screen or projector, we can usually connect to it so everyone can see the lyrics. We’ll check what you have at the site visit, and still bring our own screen for the singer.

How long is a karaoke session?

Usually about three hours, and we arrive an hour before to set up. We’ll agree times with you.

How loud is it?

As loud as your room wants and no louder. Dan sets the sound to suit your space, and we’ll keep it at a level that works for diners or neighbours.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how often and how long. We’ll give you a clear quote after the site visit.

How do we promote it?

We’ll give you a poster and social media graphics with the date, and promote the night on our own Instagram and Facebook. The best boost is still you telling your members and regulars.

How does payment work?

We invoice after each session, with payment due within 7 days. You can pay by bank transfer or card.
