What we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it. Last updated October 2026.
When you enquire: your name, email address and phone number, and anything else you tell us, such as your venue or club, your event date and your message.
When you book or hire: your address, the details of your booking and your payment record. For kit hire we also check photo ID and note its type and last four digits. We do not keep a copy. Card payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your full card number.
At our sessions: we sometimes take photos and short videos. See "Photos and video" below.
When you visit this website: the site uses cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics, to show us which pages are visited and how people find us. This does not tell us who you are unless you fill in a form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
